Class Descriptions

Accelerate – a youth class designed to improve the overall athleticism of each young athlete

 

Elevate & Dominate Speed – a speed & agility class to improve speed & quickness in all athletes

 

Elevate Strength – a strength class using bodyweight & light dumbbells to improve stability & athleticism

 

Dominate Strength – a customized program for advanced athletes to improve explosiveness & power

 

SHRED – a variety of strength training & cardio in a 40 min high-energy workout. We get the work done!
