Our Elevate classes at 615 are designed for athletes to improve their performance on the field or on the court. For those athletes that need to get an extra step on the competition, we recommend our Speed & Agility class. We are different than any other facility in the Nashville area because of our technique training.
Our speed technique and training will help you become a more efficient runner. When you learn how to run with greater efficiency, you will have more stamina and endurance in addition to being faster. Even if you are considered “fast”, there are some inefficiencies in your running style that we will be able to identify and help you improve. So why not be faster?
The Elevate Speed class will also include agility movements to improve your linear and lateral ability to get in and out of cuts that mimic plays you make in your games.
The Elevate Strength class uses resistance bands, light dumbbells, training bars and bodyweight to improve each athlete’s stability and mobility. We use these methods to increase strength in the upper and lower body, along with the strongest link in the chain, the core.
Athletes who join our Elevate Strength class have proven to make quicker gains once they are promoted to the Dominate Strength class for High School athletes due to our focus on lifting technique and form. It’s a natural progression for the athletes as their bodies mature and they look to make the big jump to High School.
