Six1Five Sports Training is a facility dedicated to helping adults achieve their total health objectives, athletic aspirations and fitness goals. Our adult group fitness classes are led by certified personal trainers with broad fitness knowledge, no matter where you are in your journey to a healthier you. Whether your interest is weight loss, training for competition or simply exercising for improved health and fitness, our group fitness classes offer a unique blend of exercises and motivation to help you reach your goals. Our group fitness classes offer a refreshing physical and mental challenge to all levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite), and are constantly changing to meet our clients’ needs and abilities. Our group fitness classes are designed to work with the client’s strengths and improve their weaknesses. Our Six1Five instructors are certified, qualified and well-informed about the proper training methods and are here to motivate and help you maximize each workout.

 

The workout versatility at Six1Five is unmatched.  If you want personal training, we offer that service for the extra personal attention.  We have many clients who do both personal training and group fitness classes to get quicker results. If you want to participate in a group fitness class and get the community and accountability that goes along with that, you can do that too.  Everyone who tries our group fitness classes joins because they are so awesome, just to let you know.
